You’ll purchase your own trackable return shipping label and reply with the tracking number — our team takes it from there. Prepaid return labels are provided only for approved warranty claims.

Warranty — All tools purchased through VocalShop are covered by a 6-month warranty from the purchase date. Consumables (sprays, drops, and other single-use products) are not covered by warranty. To make a claim, email support@vocalshop.com with your order number.
