At VocalShop, we strive to process and ship all orders quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below for details on timelines, options, and expectations.


Processing Times

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from our fulfillment center in the United States (Central Time).

  • Orders placed before 8:00 a.m. Central Time will typically ship the same business day.

  • Express orders and orders placed after 8:00 a.m. Central Time will ship the following business day.

    Example: If you place an Express order at 12:00 p.m. CT on a Tuesday, your order will ship out Wednesday morning.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. holidays.


Shipping Options

Shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout.
Options may include:

  • Standard Shipping

  • Expedited / Express Shipping

  • International Shipping (Duties and taxes prepaid for select countries)

Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, carrier, and selected service level.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery dates displayed during checkout are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

VocalShop makes every effort to ensure your package arrives within the estimated timeframe, but external factors such as carrier delays, weather, or customs processing may affect delivery time.


Express Shipping Guarantee

If an Express shipment does not arrive within the guaranteed delivery window provided by the carrier, and the order met the 8:00 a.m. Central Time cutoff for same-day shipping, you may be eligible for a refund of the Express shipping cost.

Please email support@vocalshop.com with your order number and tracking information within 7 days of the missed delivery date to request a shipping-cost refund review.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.


International Orders

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees.
For most regions, VocalShop ships Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)—meaning duties and taxes are collected at checkout and prepaid on your behalf.

If your location is not covered by DDP, you may be responsible for additional customs charges upon delivery.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears lost or is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact support@vocalshop.com so our team can assist in tracing your shipment and opening an inquiry with the carrier if necessary.
